The first two products in the line are the Sun StorageTek 6140 array, which delivers two times the density of competing solutions, and the Sun StorageTek 6540 array, which delivers two times the performance of competing solutions.

Through common storage modules, common array management, and common data services, Sun's new modular storage line enables customers to preserve their investments in people, processes, and infrastructure.
