| Adding data to your spreadsheet. |
Entering
data into your spreadsheet is very easy. Place your
cursor in a cell you wish to have data entered into.
The cell will have a black outline. When you see
this, enter
your information.
To move from one cell to another, you can press
tab to move across the screen or use your arrow
keys to move up, down or across either way.
To delete something from a cell, place your cursor
in that cell and press
the "Delete" key. To delete everything in a cell click
on the cell and press the "Delete" key, then
click"OK"

A neat thing to know how to do is to merge or join
cells.
To do this:

Highlight
the cells you wish to join.

Click
on the "Merge
Cells"button on the tool bar. This will join or merge the cells you have
selected.

Don't forget to save
!
Now you are ready to add formulas to your spreadsheet.
