Some suggestions to keep in mind.

Design Tips:


	Use a font that is clear and large enough to read from a distance.
	Use the same color scheme and border on all slides.
	Keep your special effects the same on all your slides, otherwise it can be confusing.
	Insert extra slides if you need to explain your point more clearly.
	Re-organise your slides so they appear in a logical order.
	Create handouts for your audience so they can have a copy of the information presented.

Use the information from your text document, web page and spreadsheet as content for your presentation. You can reduce the amount of typing you will have to do by using the copy and paste features in StarOffice
