Our Performance
For fiscal 2007, we're able to report the takeback data — weight and volume — for Sun's EMEA region. In the future, our intention is to provide the following:
- Takeback data for additional regions
- Detailed information about return streams (customer returns, upgrades, end-of-life takeback, and more)
- Detailed data about what percentage of products are remanufactured, recycled or sent to landfill

Our Goals
- To have a countrywide takeback program in place across the U.S. by the end of the 2007 calendar year
- To roll out formal takeback processes to all regions by the end of fiscal 2008
- To send less than 5% of product returned through the global takeback program to landfill
- To put in place systems for gathering and sharing data on product takeback
