As a result of this mainstreaming, we have a minimal corporate CSR structure. Our corporate CSR team is led by our Vice President of Eco Responsibility and CSR Program Manager, and reports to Sun's Chief Technology Officer. This team initiated Sun's formal CSR program in fiscal 2006 and is responsible for setting our corporate responsibility strategy and working with Sun business functions to set CSR goals and metrics. In addition, the team assesses Sun's material issues, tracks emerging issues, coordinates our stakeholder engagement program, and compiles our annual CSR report.
Our Eco Responsibility team, also led by our VP of Eco Responsibility, sets Sun's eco responsibility strategy, develops companywide programs aimed at reducing our overall environmental impact, and collaborates with stakeholders as well as other companies in an effort to develop useful solutions to the challenges of global climate change. The team also works closely with our engineers and product teams to make eco responsibility a core part of our product development roadmaps.

Our Global Citizenship group oversees our community development efforts, employee volunteer activities, and the Sun Foundation, and drives our mission to eliminate the digital divide. Four full-time employees report to the Director of Global Citizenship, who reports to Sun's Senior Vice President of Brand, Global Communications, & Integrated Marketing.
Two employees in our Worldwide Operations group — one based in China and one in the United States — are responsible for managing social and environmental issues in the supply chain.
We've also created a volunteer CSR Employee Advisory Board to provide ongoing feedback to the CSR team.
