As individuals and as a corporation, we have a collective responsibility to minimize health and safety risk to the people at Sun. EHS procedures are designed to protect human health and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Each health and safety program and procedure has been developed to address the potential hazards that may exist at certain Sun work environments. Each program/procedure utilizes the following:

• Overview: provides background on the topic and addresses applicability
• Responsibilities: describes the what is expected of the individuals involved.
• Hazard Assessment: describes actions that may be taken to identify hazards associated with the program/procedure.
• Prevention and Control: measures that can be taken to reduce or eliminate the hazards associated with the program/procedure.
• Training: includes a list of training requirements.
• Recordkeeping: documentation requirements.
