We are pleased to be among the first companies in 2007 to take advantage of the Securities and Exchange Commission rule that allows issuers to provide proxy materials to their stockholders on the internet. We believe the rule allows us to provide our stockholders with the information they need, while lowering the cost of the delivery of the materials and reducing the environmental impact of printing and mailing hard copies. Sun has been able to reduce the number of printed hard copies of its annual report and proxy for 2008 by nearly 95% as compared to the number of printed proxy materials in 2006, prior to adopting the SEC rule. Instructions for Beneficial Stockholders - If you hold Sun stock in an account in your name with a brokerage firm (e.g., Charles Schwab, E*Trade, Fidelity, Merrill Lynch), bank trustee or other agent, you are a "beneficial stockholder." Click here to review your proxy materials and voting instructions on-line as a beneficial stockholder hosted by Broadridge. Instructions for Registered Stockholders - You are a "registered stockholder" if you are in possession of an actual stock certificate for Sun common shares, and your name appears in the stockholder register kept by our transfer agent, Computershare.
