Establishing Your Online Account
To establish your account online, you will need your unique 12-digit Investor ID Number. If you do not have your Investor ID Number available, you will need to speak with a representative to obtain it or to request it be mailed to you.

Direct Registration System
BNY Mellon will also administer the Direct Registration System (DRS) that Sun has established for stockholders. DRS allows you to own, record and transfer your investment without the necessity of having physical stock certificates.

Reverse Stock Split - Unexchanged Certificates
If you are a stockholder of record and have not yet exchanged your stock certificates issued to Sun's reverse stock split that occurred in November 2007, you may still do so by submitting your stock certificates to BNY Mellon. Please contact BNY Mellon at the telephone numbers listed above for instructions on how to exchange your stock certificates or any questions you may have regarding the reverse stock split.

Replacement 1099
