To enroll for electronic delivery, you will need to provide your email address when you register through the following choices below:

• If you are a Beneficial Stockholder, you hold shares of Sun Microsystems, Inc. common stock through a bank or brokerage firm, you can enroll by visiting Broadridge's Investor Communication Services website.
  
  
• If you are a Registered Stockholder, you hold shares of Sun Microsystems, Inc. common stock certificate in your possession, you can enroll by visiting BNY Mellon Investor ServiceDirect website. Please note that you may have to establish your account. If you do have an established account, please log into your account by entering you 12-digit Investor ID (IID) and PIN number.
