Susan Zwinger

Susan Zwinger is a pivotal leader in Sun's Global Customer Services organization. In her role as vice president, Global Systems Technology Service Center (TSC), she is responsible for delivering tiered remote service for Sun's storage and systems products to customers in over 140 countries worldwide. Susan's twelve year career at Sun is highlighted by significant leadership positions in services, engineering, and corporate planning; most recently Sue served as vice president of Sun's Storage Global TSC, where she led a global team responsible for delivering maintenance support for storage products throughout Sun's portfolio. She also served as vice president and Chief Quality Officer for Storage products, where she was responsible for overall customer satisfaction with Sun's storage product portfolio. Prior to Sun, Susan worked for a number of high tech companies, including Silicon Graphics, Cray Research, Supercomputer Systems Inc., ETA Systems, 3M, and Control Data. Susan has extensive experience in the areas of business planning, process excellence, technical support, education, software development, legal support and program management. Residing in San Diego, California, with her husband and two daughters, Susan holds a B.S. degree in Quantitative Methods and Information Systems (QMIS) from St. Cloud State University. She also earned an international assignment at the Tokyo Institute of Technology and has received numerous awards for her vision and leadership.
