SunNetwork Asia Conference and Pavilion Postponed
March 31, 2003 - Sun Microsystems announced that SunNetwork Asia Conference and
Pavilion, April 8-9, 2003, Shanghai, PRC has been postponed due to
escalating health and travel advisories from various international
authorities.
Mark Tolliver, chief strategy and marketing officer, Sun Microsystems,
said, "We have been looking forward to our first SunNetwork Asia, and
were very gratified by the strong positive response from our customers
and partners. This international event had attracted over 4,000
registered attendees and 250 Sun iForce partners. However, with the
health and safety of everyone associated with the event as our priority,
we most reluctantly concluded that we are required to postpone the event."
