Our Open Work platform combines innovative technologies, tools, and workplace practices to enable employees to work effectively anywhere, anytime, using any device. At the end of Q4, 2008, almost 20,000 employees (more than 56% of the workforce) were working away from the office at least one or two days a week. Having this type of flexibility enables:
