RFID Journal Live!The RFID in Aerospace Workshop provides a unique opportunity to understand the fundamentals of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology as it relates to the aerospace sector. Participants will take away key learnings in the following subject areas: the technology basics as they apply to aerospace usage; the business and use cases of RFID for aerospace and defense; and the important standards and regulations that are key to effective deployments. Additionally, participants will learn about aviation specific applications of RFID and successful in-service evaluations that have been conducted. The workshop ends with understanding the recently published FAA Advisory Circular and the AS5678 performance testing standard. This workshop is taught by industry recognized technical subject matter experts. There are no prerequisites or prior experience required for this workshop.
