Introduction

This document provides guidance for readers looking to install and configure the open source Joomla! content management system (CMS) with the Sun Storage 7000 Unified Storage System product family. The Joomla! CMS is designed for building web sites and powerful online applications.

Note: This scenario uses Sun Storage 7110 Unified Storage System (version 2009.Q2). The Sun servers in this setup use the OpenSolaris 2009.06 release and PHP, MySQL, and Apache web server from pkg.opensolaris.org.
