Deployment Guide for an Open Source Stack on the Solaris 10 OS

This guide serves as a starting point for users to install, configure, and perform basic tuning of the open source stack SAMP (Solaris 10 OS, Apache 2.0.52, MySQL 5.0, and PHP 5). The article also covers PostgreSQL and Tomcat. The Solaris Zones feature (part of Solaris Containers technology in the Solaris 10 OS) is discussed to help users with scalability in mind.
