This driver worked perfect with Solaris 10u5. Although Solaris 10u6 loads the ITU disk without any errors the system won't boot after the installation has completed. I think this is related to the lsimega driver, because grub loads the kernel but the kernel can't find the root filesystem. This is true for UFS and ZFS roots. The error message is hard to read, because the system immediatly reboots. I hope this is the right place to ask for help :)
