For Systems that are running Quad-Core Intel Xeon processors, the minimum required OS is Solaris 10 5/08, the minimum required BIOS version is S5000.86B.10.00.0089.051620081342 (05/16/2008).
As a workaround to CR 6742132 for Solaris 10 5/08 and onward, add the following to the GRUB multiboot line:
-B disable-intel_nb5000=true
For Solaris 10 11/06 release, need to install patch 123776-03.
