Option A: Apply Broadcom NetXtreme II 5708S driver patch 128397-02 to miniroot of Install server to enable PXE boot and install.
Option B: Disconnect the internal CD/DVD drive and connect the external USB CD/DVD drive to permit installation from standard media.
