Introduction

As the flow of information to and from businesses increases and both government and corporate regulations become part of everyday life, it becomes increasingly urgent to address the problem of data management. Electronic information is the norm, and storing and maintaining that data in a way that makes it easy to retrieve is critical to the overall functioning of the enterprise.
