This paper describes how to configure the Sun Fire X4500 server as a disk-cache storage node for Sun StorageTek Enterprise Backup Software (EBS), plus it provides examples of configuring the zpool and ZFS file systems on the Solaris 10 OS and configuring the EBS application to use the Sun Fire X4500 server.
