Jeff has been using UNIX systems since 1984. His two-decade career has included software design and development, network and telecomm administration, and 10 years as a Systems Engineer at Sun Microsystems. He currently serves as a Technical Specialist advising customers about server virtualization technologies.

Jeff authored the Sun BluePrints document "Solaris Containers Technology Architecture Guide" and the "How to Move a Container" guide, both available at www.sun.com.

He also maintains the "Solaris Zones and Containers" FAQ at opensolaris.org. Jeff holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
