Jackie is the product line manager for the Solaris Express program at Sun Microsystems Inc. For the past two years, she has worked hand-in-hand with the Engineering team to develop this concept and turn it into reality.

Jackie has been with Sun for about five years. Before working on the Sun Software Express program, she was the senior product manager for Solaris Kernel Technologies, and she worked closely with the Solaris kernel group on the development of the RAS and performance aspects of the Solaris 9 OS and the Solaris 10 OS.

Before Sun, Jackie spent four years at Intel, where she worked on the Pentium, Pentium Pro, OverDrive processor, 460 and 870 Chipsets, Foster, Merced, McKinley, and IA-32 and IA-64 technologies.
