John Considine is the Product Boss for Release 3.0 for the Sun StorEdge 6920 system. John joined Sun in 2002 as part of the acquisition of Pirus Networks, where he was a NAS architect, developer, and manager.

Prior to working at Pirus, John worked on RAID controllers for Adaptec and on systems design, software, and hardware development for NGI Technology, General Imaging Corporation, and Raytheon, specializing in image processing systems. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
