This matrix is designed to give employees and managers a guide to the competencies or behaviours which they need to develop in order to progress in Sun. In addition, the Management and Leadership Development programmes provide a holistic and comprehensive development framework for developing new and ongoing management skills for those in a position of leadership as well as for those with the potential to become future leaders of Sun.
