Once you join the Sun team, you will receive training depending upon the role you have in your organization. You might have a structured training program, or you might learn on the job - either on your own or from your manager, a mentor and/or your colleagues. Regardless of your initial training experience, everyone has the opportunity to develop.

Sun gives you the tools to continue learning, allowing you and your career to flourish. As a Sun team member, you have access to classes worldwide through our internal education system, SunU. You can enroll in classes that extend your technical knowledge in your field, develop personal skills or help you better understand Sun's business. Additional resources may be available depending on your country of employment.

There's only one catch to using these resources. You own your career development. It is up to you to take the initiative and make it happen. Take it where you want it to go.
