Your Feedback Helps Improve Our Products!

Your responses in recent surveys indicate that we are meeting your needs more effectively. Our goal is to continue that trend and your feedback is essential to make that happen.

You can help by participating in surveys, usability tests, and focus groups. You can also write to us with feedback any time. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to address all requests, it is much more likely if we know what they are.

• File an RFE with the supported site or tool for your software product.

Include the following information:

1. Identify the product and document or help window for which you are providing feedback.
2. State your comment as explicitly as possible. For instance:
• For a man page example, identify the man page and describe the task for which you want an example.
• For a deployment example, describe the deployment parameters.
3. At your discretion, provide your email address in case we need to contact you for more information.
