The Sun Virtual Desktop Connector beta provides a bridge between Sun Virtual Desktop Solutions access technologies (Sun Ray technology, Sun Secure Global Desktop Software, and Sun Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Software) and a virtualization back-end provided by VMware Infrastructure 3. It assists with the management and assignment of virtual desktop environments running on virtual machines to users of Sun Ray virtual display clients and other popular client devices.
