Logging into an Expert Exchange Event
At the log-in screen enter the following information:
- User Name/Screen Name (this name will appear to event moderators and when your question is pushed to the larger event audience)
- E-Mail Address

Attending an Event
When you attend an event, you enter the chat room and become part of the event's audience. An event will be anchored by a moderated chat session by Sun product experts. Keep in mind that many users may be asking questions, so be patient if your questions are not being answered.
Asking a Question
The Ask a Question dialog box is displayed. Type your question in the Question field, then click Submit.

Exiting an Expert Exchange Event
Close event browser or choose File » Close.
- You will be logged out of the event session
- An e-mail follow-up will be sent to you with a copy of the transcript within 48 hours
