Conference Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your FORUM 2006 Conference registration, you must send written notice of cancellation by either: (1) fax to +1 650-226-0840; or (2) mail to:

Your written cancellation notice will be effective when it is received. To be eligible to receive a full refund, your cancellation notice must be received by August 25, 2006. Any cancellation notice received after August 25, 2006 and before September 22, 2006 will be given a refund of 50% of the registration fee previously paid. No refund will be given for any cancellation notice received after September 22, 2006. No refund will be given for no shows. Registrants may substitute attendees from the same company/entity if written notice is received via email
foruminfo@eventreg.com prior to October 10, 2006. The George P. Johnson Company reserves the right to rescind any registration and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee. All dates and times of the FORUM 2006, Sun Microsystems Storage Conference program are subject to change. No one under the age of 18 is permitted. Photo identification is required to receive badge and/or badge holder.
