Voltaire ISR 9024, ISR 9096, and ISR 9288 InfiniBand Switches - NOTES
The Voltaire ISR 9024, ISR 9096, and ISR 9288 InfiniBand switches are now Solaris Ready for all Sun SPARC-based and X64/x86-based systems. However, the initial Solaris 10 distribution does not contain certain functionality needed for full InfiniBand support, so the following requirements apply for use of each switch.
Requirements:
1. Voltaire switch software version 3.1.4 Build 289 (ibswlrm-v3_04_01_289) or later.
2. Host system running Solaris 10 1/06 distribution.
The Voltaire DDR equipment requires the next update of Solaris 10 (mid-2007) to operate at full DDR mode.
