Sun Statement re: Microsoft's Counterclaims (February 21, 2003) "This afternoon, we received the Answer and Counterclaims that Microsoft filed in response to Sun's anti-trust lawsuit (see www.sun.com/lawsuit for background on Sun's suit). We are conducting a thorough review of the document. Microsoft's counterclaims allege that it was Sun that breached the January 23, 2001 Settlement Agreement (this is the agreement that was considered already by Judge Motz in the Preliminary Injunction hearing).
