The Fault Manager loads multiple components, referred to as modules,
which perform fault diagnosis and automated response actions.

The Message ID:  FMD-8000-2K indicates that one of these modules has encountered
an irrecoverable error. Since the module cannot continue its work, the Fault Manager has
unloaded and disabled the module.

This can indicate a defect in the module or the Fault Manager.

   The recommended actions for the system administrator are as follows:

      Identify the affected module (  # fmdump -v -u <EVENT-ID> )

      Attempt to reset and restart the module.  ( # fmadm reset <module> )

If the reset fails, try removing the module checkpoint data file before attempting to restart:

# cd /var/fm/fmd/ckpt
# rm <module>/* 

      Ensure the latest firmware/patches are installed on the system.

      If the failure persists, please contact your Authorized Service Provider.
