Sun is interested in growing its partner portfolio with new partners that can reach new customers and new markets. Through the Sun Partner Advantage Program, you'll have access to exclusive resources on the Sun Partner Portal, access to Sun's Independent Software Vendors to develop high value business relationships, and sales and technical training to deliver solutions to complex business problems. You can join the Sun Partner Advantage Program in one of two ways — our platforms-based option or via the Software Specialties.
Participating in the Sun Partner Advantage Program requires your company to:
- Engage with a Sun distributor by filling out the interest form below and selecting a distributor in your area who will help you determine the best program choice for you.
- Train your sales and technical staff in Sun's products and technologies, and track their progress online.
- Provide reporting information on sales productivity.
- Collaborate with Sun sales teams to create and execute a business plan (NOTE: this requirement is dependent on your level within the program).
You can get started with two easy steps
Step 1. Understand the Program
The Sun Partner Advantage Program requires a commitment to Sun and is for companies that have expertise in selling hardware and software products, as well as support and professional services to end user customers.
Step 2. Complete the Program Interest Form
The interest forms collect comprehensive information about your company's capabilities and how they will complement Sun's partner portfolio. Submission of this form informs Sun of your interest in one of our programs.
