Sun's new UltraSPARC IV+ 64-bit processor is the fifth generation
in our UltraSPARC processor family. It comes with significantly
enhanced cores, 2 MB on-chip L2 cache, and an off-chip 32 MB L3
cache. The new 1.95 GHz and 2.1 GHz processors follow Sun's
Throughput Computing vision while continuing the tradition of binary
code compatibility~Wand use the latest 90 nanometer process
technology.
