The Computational Biology Special Interest Group (CB-SIG)

The Computational Biology Special Interest Group (CB-SIG) aims to keep Sun's customers up-to-date with relevant Sun Technology and open standards initiatives, to provide support for the user community, and to provide a forum to discuss recent scientific developments. Computational Biology is a progressive segment comprised of Bioinformatics (genomics and post-genomics), Macromolecular Structure, BioSimulation/BioNetworks/Systems Biology, Bioengineering, Clinical Informatics, and Medical Imaging.

The CB-SIG conducts it's activities by an email alias, website (www.sun.com/edu/commofinterest/compbio/sig/) and meetings.

Join over 1000 of your colleagues by signing up for the CB-SIG alias with a brief description of your hardware and interests.
