The Sun Lifelong Learning Forum was the first unique gathering of distinguished global academic, political and private sector leaders in education from around the world with a common purpose to promote lifelong learning. Delegates to the international forum addressed their common vision for making lifelong learning a global reality.

The Sun Lifelong Learning Forum will continue as an annual meeting where global leaders in the education community can work together to increase collaborations and devise solutions for the global Global Education and Learning Community (GELC). The Lifelong Learning Forum will be the foundation for constant and ongoing interactive discussion on sharing best practices, advances in lifelong learning and the intersection between technology and education.
