The Sun Modular Datacenter Suite of Services
The Sun Modular Datacenter Suite of Services simplifies the deployment and management of the Sun MD. The installation, support and managed services offerings for the payload, i.e. the servers, storage and software, come from our existing portfolio. Sun can do it all or whatever portion you choose.
Warranty
Each Sun Modular Datacenter comes complete with a one year, limited warranty, independent of payload. Get more details on the warranty for the Sun MD and all of Sun's products.
Maintenance
It make sense to purchase a support contract for the Sun MD site, it is called an Enterprise Service Plan. It provides a comprehensive and customized level of service for your new datacenter.

Training
The Sun MD Essentials training course covers the basics: installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting. For customers with special requirements, a customized training plan can be developed.
Sun Customer Ready Systems Program
Accelerate your Sun MD deployment with the Sun Customer Ready (CRS) program. The CRS team will conduct full design validation, cabling, integration, and testing of Sun and third-party components and software in the Sun MD at the Sun factory. This will help ensure that the entire solution arrives at the customer site ready for deployment.
