POLICYIt is the policy of Sun Microsystems, Inc. not to physically or electronically export or reexport items or provide services to any party, whether in the United States or abroad, who is listed on United States government export exclusion lists, including but not limited to the Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List and Commerce Department's Entity and Denied Persons Lists.Please consult with the the Bureau of Industry and Security Export Counseling Division and other appropriate U.S. government resources for information on embargoed countries.
