If you only wish to change your NetVault Machine ID, please fill out the the form below and reference your old Machine ID and reason for the change in the notes field.

Note: For Report Mgr. products, use RM in place of a NetVault Machine ID.

You will need to provide the NetVault Machine ID of your main NetVault BackUp Server along with the Machine IDs of any clients running APMs such as Open File Manager, MS SQL, MS Exchange, etc.

All standard clients with no APMs installed can be added through the NetVault GUI under Client Management. No additional license key is required.

To obtain the Machine ID:

From the NetVault GUI, open the Client Management window. Then, right-click the correct machine in the Clients area and select Properties. The Machine ID is shown on the System tab. Please enter the Machine ID exactly as it appears within NetVault. If the NetVault server key has expired then please do it the following way: Open the NetVault Configurator window. Then, go to the machine tab where the Machine ID will be displayed.

I understand that permanent keys, once issued, cannot be returned, rescinded, or exchanged. I further understand that any future support requirements for this product are covered by support agreements purchased with the software or separately.
