PeopleSoft 8.4 Financials and PeopleTools 8.46

For PeopleSoft 8.4 Financials and PeopleTools 8.46 on UltraSPARC T1, use the same PeopleSoft parameters used with previous UltraSPARC processors like UltraSPARC III. Here are the parameters set for each of the configuration tiers:

PeopleTools

- Disabled the PPM
- Min Handlers=9
- Max Handlers=9
- Max Clients per Handler=45
- REPLYQ=Y

Web Server

- Webserver Configuration:
Threadcount=100
Compressrespose=N

Database

Change in init.ora file:
- optimizer_mode = FIRST_ROWS
- SESSION_CACHED_CURSORS = 500
