	The Sun Customer Ready Infinite Archive System consists of building blocks configured together in a modular approach. Outline of the components follows:

Server module	Sun Fire x64 Servers or Sun SPARC Enterprise Servers (4 core)

Tier 1 disk cache	Sun StorageTek 2540 FC dual controllers, SAS 15k rpm drives with the option to add additional SAS trays

Tier 2 disk archive	Sun StorageTek 2540 FC dual controllers, SATA 7.2k rpm drives with the option to add additional SATA trays

Tier 3 tape archive	Choices of several Sun StorageTek FC LTO Tape Drives For the value configuration, the Sun StorageTek SL500 tape library with 50 slot count and 2 FC Sun StorageTek LTO4 Tape Drives For the midrange configuration, select the Sun StorageTek SL500 tape library bundle configured for 110 slots (FC interface) with 3 Sun StorageTek LTO 4 Gb FC Tape Drives
