No Longer Orderable
The Sun Fire B200x Blade Server has been retired and is no longer orderable.

The Sun Fire B200x Blade Server is hosted in the Sun Fire B1600 Blade System Chassis. Part of the Sun Fire B1600 Blade Platform, it operates side-by-side with the Sun Fire B100s UltraSPARC-based Blade Server, Sun Fire B100x single processor x86 Blade Server, Sun Fire B10n Content Load Balancing Blade, Sun Fire B10p SSL Proxy Blade, and other upcoming compute and specialty networking blades. The Sun Fire B1600 Blade System Chassis offers an integrated, Gigabit Ethernet switch fabric, optionally-redundant components, and five times the server density of typical one processor 1U servers. The Sun Fire B1600 Blade Platform is designed for throughput computing and is ideal for horizontally-scaled applications. It enables you to accommodate growth, use computing resources more efficiently, reduce time-to-market by shortening deployment cycles, increase service availability, and lower operational costs. The Sun Fire B1600 Blade Platform--featuring integrated Gigabit Ethernet switches and System Controllers, SPARC and x86 blade servers running the Solaris Operating System or Linux; and Content Load Balancing and SSL Proxy blades--provides an agile network foundation that lets you easily respond to changing business requirements.
