With up to 12 processors and the redundantly configurable Sun Fireplane Interconnect, the Sun Fire 4810 server delivers impressive total system performance. Full hardware redundancy and a variety of advanced mainframe-class availability features, such as Hot CPU Upgrades and Dynamic Reconfiguration, provide exceptional availability. With Solaris Resource Manager and Dynamic System Domains, the system has the flexibility to accommodate changing resource requirements across multiple applications. The Sun Fire 4810 is designed to fit 30-inch-deep racks, and all components are front-accessible for easy placement and serviceability, making it an ideal server for specialized environments.
