For purchase of 4 sockets or greater per Sun GlassFish Enterprise Server V2 Subscription, per year, the customer is entitled to unlimited on-line developer support for a single developer for GlassFish Enterprise Server V2 at no extra charge. A customer can request code support twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. A support engineer is assigned to the issue within one (1) business day. The customer will submit the incident, single request for support for a specific technical issue via internet communication, using a Sun call template. Avoid coding "ratholes" through assistance from experienced support engineers. Reduce project risk by getting a "second opinion" to identify potential problems with code. Avoid future support issues by developing code correctly from start to finish.
