Sun End of Service Life (EOSL) Policy

Support for all Seasons

Sun will typically make support available as outlined in the product tables below. Sun may elect to cease offering support for a specific Software before the end of period defined by this page. If this occurs, Sun will provide Customers with at least three months' notice of its plans to discontinue support. If Sun accelerates the End of SunSpectrum Service Life Date, then Sun's sole obligation regarding then existing support contracts will be to provide a pro-rata credit on the service contract line item.
