The End of Life announcement is being driven by Sun's recent knowledge management technology and delivery methodology changes. HA Packs and selected Site Support engagements also include RAS Profile Services. Contractually entitled customers will continue to receive their service fulfillment for these standalone and bundled service offerings until their entitlement ends. Key Dates
