The default delivery method for software product updates and upgrades is electronic download through the Online Support Center. If you additionally purchased physical media kit support part numbers the software product updates and upgrades will be automatically shipped to the given address.

On occasion, Sun ships software product udates and upgrades to contract customers upon request only. If your SunSpectrum or Sun Software Support contract entitles you to receive any of the software product updates or upgrades below, please fill out one of the following online request forms.
