The Architecture and Implementation service offerings are consulting services from Sun that help you configure and implement your Identity Manager software product. The Identity Manager software as a standalone offering does not include any consultative services for installation or implementation. Consultants provide their technical expertise and use Sun's implementation tools and IP to custom configure your Identity solution.
Q: How long does a typical consulting engagement take?

Each customer project is different. Sun works with you to understand your requirements and often times then develops a fixed/defined scope of work. Projects may vary greatly by size of project, amount of customization and other related IT service activities. On average, engagements may take as long as 9-12 weeks.
