Take advantage of Sun's service expertise and have Sun replace customer replaceable unit (CRU) system components onsite with the Sun Parts Installation Service. By leveraging the experience and expertise of Sun's engineers you can keep your IT infrastructure running optimally while keeping your resources focused on running your business.

This service is ideal for companies that operate non-staffed "lights out" datacenters or have minimal resources or expertise. It is available as an incident service (purchased as needed) or, as an upgrade service — an attractively priced option for SunSpectrum Hardware & System support plans. The service can be purchased at the time of the support sale, or purchased as a warranty upgrade, or upgrade to a current SunSpectrum support contract*. The service can be used under warranty, Sun Hardware Service Plans, Sun System Service Plans, or Sun StorageTek Service Plans. In most cases, the incident and upgrade services are priced lower than the standard time and materials service cost.
