Project Management

The Sun project manager will have responsibility for managing delivery of all of Sun's project commitments. Your Sun PM will serve as the single point of contact for all:

• project communications
• act as a point of escalation for any project issues
• coordinate and manage the activities of Sun's project team
• develop and maintain project risk, action, and issue logs
• ensure that documentation commitments are fulfilled
• maintain project plans and schedules, and manage change control

Sun project managers can become both partners and mentors in assisting you to deliver successful projects. Through the exchange of information during workshops and engagements, Sun's Project Managers can help not only guide a project but also manage the transfer of project management knowledge to your team.

Our project managers must continually demonstrate excellence through quality reviews and audits, customer feedback, and training leading to PMP and/or PRINCE2 certifications from the Project Management Institute and PRINCE2organizations.
